General Policies

As a specialty wholesaler exclusive to members of the esthetics industry, we are closed to the general public. New users will be requested to demonstrate proof of their connection to the industry and may be denied access to the site, or purchasing certain items without such proof.

Prices

All prices are subject to change due to possible supplier price change or fluctuation in currency exchange. In case of a significant increase, we will notify you prior to shipping.

Taxes

Prices do not include GST, PST, or HST. Appropriate taxes will be added to orders.

For USA and other international orders Duties, Taxes, VAT and applicable importation fees are not included in the cost of delivery. These fees vary according to the country of destination, value of shipment and class of goods and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These costs will be billed to you by the carrier upon determination.

Shipping Details

• Shipping of skin care, nail care and make-up products is free for all Canadian or USA orders exceeding $200.00, additional charges of $11.00 will be applied to orders less than $200.00.

• Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Therefore, Furniture, Equipment, and some heavy weight items, including Wax, Paraffin, and Examination Paper, among others are subject to additional shipping charges (please ask one of our customer service staff for further information).

• Shipping charges for shipping liquids in gallons outside of GTA is $6.00 per gallon.

• Flammable liquids are not available for shipping outside of GTA.

• COD charge is $6.00.

Please note that freight couriers deliver to the front or back door. Larger items such as furniture and equipment delivered to a location inside a building may be subject to an additional fee. Please consult a customer service representative for an accurate estimation of shipping charges.

Receiving

If the order is delivered by courier and no one is home, an “attempted delivery notice” is left and another attempt of delivery will be made the following day. If again no one is home, the package is left at the nearest courier terminal, and it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve it.

Products leaving our warehouse are subject to two inspections before being shipped. Please check the number of cartons and note any damages before signing for the product. Please inform the driver of any damages. Keep the cartons in case claims need to be made. Inspect the product immediately and carefully. Report any damages and short shipments immediately, delay in reporting may result in the carrier refusing to pay claims.

Returns

All returns must first be approved by Natali Products Import Company Inc and returned prepaid. Approved returns will be accepted within 21 days of the invoice day. There are no returns of products that have been used. A credit note will be issued for the approved return and may be applied towards future purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged when return is made as a result of customer ordering error.

For sanitary reasons, there will be no returns on any Implements, Nail Polish, Acrylic, Fiberglass or Gel Products, Skin Care and Makeup.

Customers are advised to conduct their own tests to determine efficacy, safety and suitability of purchased skin/nail care products or equipment. We will not be held responsible for irresponsible use of our products or equipment.

Any information regarding description of the products or step by step instruction are at the discretion of the customer and can only be recognized as educational information.

By acknowledging this contract and using this site, you accept without limitation all the terms and condition listed above in this User Agreement. You hereby waive all claims against Natali Products Import Company Inc and its owners/employees arising from your use of this site, the information it contains and the products it sells.
