How Do I Log Into the New Website?

If you were a member on our old website, don't fret! All your information has been transferred to the new one, so you don't need to register again.

How to Log in:

• Username: Your previous Client ID
• Password: Your e-mail address (the one provided for the old website)

You'll be redirected to your account information. To change your password, click on Edit and then Personal Information.

How Do I Sign Up as a Member?

You can click here or on the Sign Up button at the top-right corner.

Fill out the form and click Create New Account. You'll receive an automatic e-mail to the address provided, along with instructions for how to proceed. You'll also get links to our policy and contact pages.

Once your account is activated, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to where you can log in and browse the website as a member. You'll also receive a link for resetting the password in case you forget it.

How Can I Reset My Password?

If you forget your password, click on Login. At the bottom of the window, you'll be asked to provide your e-mail address. A one-time login link will be sent to that address. Follow the link and login. You'll be asked to create a new password.

Can I Check or Update My Account?

Login if you'd like to view your previous orders, to check the status of pending orders, to verify or update addresses, or to edit any personal and/or business information.

The first page that appears is View in the account. From this page, you can navigate to Addresses, Edit, and Orders. You'll be able to make all the necessary changes, or view the status of your order.

Note: The order status might not be updated right away. If you are uncertain, please call our customer service, and they'll give you a more up-to-date information regarding the details and status of your order.
